  • Malae brought 145 fizzy drinks for Genesis birthday. Jamaine brought another 98 fizzy drinks for Genesis birthday. Altogether how many fizzy drinks are there.

This week in maths we were focussing on word problems. To help us understand if a question is addition and subtraction, we wrote our own word problems. This helped us to think about the keywords. We then swapped our problems with a friend and tried to solve their problems using the strategies we have learnt.
